Phil Sims, the Owner and Principal Broker for Help-U-Sell Sims Realty, has been a licensed Texas real estate broker for over 20 years. He is a native of Dallas and has been a resident of Carrollton or north Dallas since 1978. Phil’s early career was spent as a custom home builder. His experience there has proved invaluable when helping his clients find the home that suits their specific needs and lifestyle. Phil has been married to his wife Christy for over 25 years. Phil serves in his church as a home group leader. In his free time Phil enjoys cycling, jogging, exercising, hunting, and loves to snow ski when he gets the chance.
